Greg Hinkle has been drawing since he could wrap his little baby fingers around a crayon. After a successful foray into the Northern California fine art scene, including several galleried shows and commissions, he decided to explore further instruction at San Francisco’s Academy of Art University. His studies in narrative illustration brought him back to a childhood passion: comic books. He had always been a cartoonist at heart, and tried his hand at comic books starting with self published mini comics. In 2009 he published “Gran’pa, tell me a story…”, available exclusively at the Isotope Comic Book Lounge.

Greg is currently juggling his final semester of college, a growing list of commissioned art, and developing several comics projects. He manages to hold it together with an understanding girlfriend and lots and lots of coffee.
